We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CAPSOLEHOUSE. To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review our comprehensive return and refund guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at support@capsolehouse.shop within 1 to 2 hours of order placement. After this short timeframe, your order automatically enters our fulfillment system and can no longer be stopped, changed, or canceled.

2. Return Eligibility Period

You have a generous 90-day window from the exact date of delivery to initiate a return request. Any return requests submitted after 90 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a valid return and refund, the item must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact pristine condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original product packaging with all original labels and tags attached.
  • Crucial: All premium bonus accessories included in the set (the stylish tote bag, skinny belt, matching silk scarf, and garment bag) must be returned together with the main garment.
  • Items exhibiting signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume odors, or physical damage will be rejected.

Note: There are currently no final sale items in our store. All regular purchases are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above. We do not offer a separate product warranty.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Email our support team at support@capsolehouse.shop to request a return. Include your full name, order number, and reason for returning.
  2. Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will reply with the correct return facility address. Warning: Do not mail your item back to the original address printed on the shipping package, as it cannot be processed there.
  3. Securely pack the unused item and all accessories in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the package using your chosen carrier and email us the tracking number as proof of shipment.

6. Inspection and Refund Process

Once your returned package is received at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it.

  • Approval: If the item passes inspection and is confirmed unused and complete, your refund will be approved and automatically processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timing: Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the credited funds to appear in your account, depending entirely on your bank or credit card issuer's processing speed.
  • Rejection: If the item fails inspection (e.g., is used, damaged, or missing accessories), the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. We will notify you via email accordingly.
